Beginning January 2026, our practice will transition to VN Family Dental. Our entire team will remain the same, and you can expect the same quality care you’ve always received.
Your patient records will be securely maintained at the same location, and you have the right to obtain a copy or have them transferred to a dentist of your choice, as per HIPAA regulations. A small fee may be charged for large records, duplication of Xrays, and/or mailing.
